@clarity that's a really lovely set of policies, I half-way I were back in a dev manager role to borrow them. Brava. Used to by PDX-based, remote these days, but I'll share it around.

@clarity I work remote from the UK and haven't got ""relevant"" experience but I'm comfortable working at pretty much every level of abstraction and can write good clean code that works. If that sounds like something your company wants pls dm me.
