How is it that the "best" (stable, repeatable, etc) way to update a piece of security software (fail2ban) is to install a new version of the distro? 0.9 is in stretch, 0.10 (w updated sshd rules) is in buster (testing); i could manually backport (python app, deps iffy), src build (iffy), or flip the table. Working around, for now, but this model doesn't seem sustainable
