I turned off notifications for twitter and somehow Facebook notifications turned themselves on?

Anyway I'm on all social media less and turning off most notifications and it's helping a lot


Next step is to start regularly spending more time outside and away from technology

I don't want to leave entirely because I like knowing what my friends are doing (and telling y'all what I'm doing, although maybe there are better ways for me to do that) but containing it better feels good

I think this is part of learning that I don't need to be on call for anyone

I spent most of my life being that person and not having it reciprocated and I'm done

Really really done. Feels good.
